Classified - Nutrition Specialist - Central Office at Papillion La Vista Community Schools
Assists in management of the School Lunch Program, School Breakfast Program, Summer Food Service Program and Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Program with emphasis on menu and recipe development, menu analysis and special diets.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, Family and Consumer Science, Business Management, Institutional Management, or related field. ***Registered Dietitian preferred***
Experience: Five years’ experience in an institutional or school setting. Experience in menu planning, recipe development, nutrition analysis, food production, sanitation and safety.
